      None..Management incompetance, Financially driven sweatshop. Oh Pros.....here is one, they have a confidential survey that is....guess what? NOT confidential!

      Good company, not the best for in-house hiring oppertunities however

      Pros

      -Good, family friendly atmosphere -Decent start pay (hourly) -Medical is freaking awesome. I'm paying $49 every two weeks with a dependent for the basic package, which is pretty well spread. $20 co-pays, $150 emergency room, and very good beyond that, but our situation is simple. -Tuition reimbursement ($5200 per year, payouts depend on the HR rep's mood or cognitive ability at the time). -Good chance of promotion for hourly employees, if you meet the well-established guidelines.

      Cons

      -Very little chance of promotion from hourly to salary, regardless of experience or education. The saying goes here "If you want to get ahead, you need to leave and come back".

      Pros

      You're building stuff that goes into space! Benefits (health insurance) is about the best I've seen for the lowest cost to the employee. Compensation is pretty good.

      Cons

      Frequent reductions in force. High pressure environment. Clubby top management. Hard to break into long-established cliques among staff.
