      Pros

      Leader in technology. Interesting cutting edge programs. Pay is very good for area. Try their best to make it feel like it isn't a corporation.

      Cons

      Many layers in process make it tough to do things fast and efficiently. Job title structure very rigid, makes it tough to promote or give raises more than the annual allotment. Pay not always in line with industry although it is high for our city. Some pockets of departments who don't always conform to company cultures, can have older styled mindsets.
