      Pros

      Coworkers are great and the product line is interesting to work on. The PTO policy is nice, but could use some tweaking. Referral bonuses are available and insurance coverage is about industry standard. Profit sharing plan.

      Cons

      The PTO policy could use some tweaking. Seniority means nothing anymore, it was almost a slap in the face to us that have been there a significant amount of time. Contracts needs to take into consideration capacity issues. While being able to chase more business is a good problem to have, these aren't the type of jobs you can train somebody to do in a week. Not enough paid holidays, well below industry standard.
