Pros

Management is easy to talk to. Everyone's ideas matter. It is a really relaxed environment, even though we have a lot going on. Flexible time off - basically unlimited PTO as long as its approved, and people actually use it.

Cons

It is really easy to take on too much, they will let you take on as many projects as you want.
