      Pros

      I have been with the company for 6 months and in that time I've found my position to be challenging, fast paced, and very rewarding. The company has a fantastic culture, favorable work / life balance, and an exceptional vacation policy. Management is truly invested in their employees and is committed to helping them succeed in their current role. I am very proud to work for Moog. They have a fantastic reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Although infrequent, there are times when the job can have a high degree of stress. (As with most jobs)

      Pros

      Great company culture. People at Moog care about their work. Employees are trusted to get their job done. Moog is a large company but still has a small company feel with regards to how employees are treated. Moog continues to look for ways to improve employee benefits and retention. Moog is a great place to start or advance your career!

      Moog is growing at a rapid pace one challenge is hiring new employees to keep up with the demand
