      Pros

      Good benefits, very friendly community with a first name basis, no Titles. They also pay higher then the industry average for their positions.

      Cons

      Management could use work. No raises last year but still got bonuses and a lot of the time the little guy is overlooked and stepped on.

      Pros

      Valuable experience working with many engineering disciplines. They gave me a performance review every three months, which always resulted in a small raise.

      Cons

      There are not too many things I can complain about. I ended up leaving because I had a hard time balancing work and school. They were flexible but they require at least 20 hours a week.

      Old-fashioned company trying to incorporate new ideas

      Pros

      Great culture, minimal micro management, solid pay, good benefits, lots of onsite amenities like bike sharing, trails, volleyball, races, health stations, etc.

      Cons

      Old-fashioned in the sense that technology is seen as the means to an end and not part of the overall product we produce. Located just on the border between rural country and suburbia, so long commutes.
