      Pros

      Good health benefits (medical / dental), and minor profit sharing.

      Cons

      They do not care about your wellbeing. They will work you in to the ground in order to make a profit. Multiple people on multiple occasions brought up workload and work hours with management. They took no action. When I voiced my concerns, repeatedly, I was told they didn't want to hear about it, or discuss it further. Permission to book overtime was consistently declined for overtime hours worked.
