Pros

Offers a diverse array of products to work on. Great peers to work with. Pay is good for area.

Cons

If you decide you need more of a challenge, but are deemed too valuable in your job, you will be stuck and given all kinds of reasons why you aren't qualified for other jobs. Middle management(Aircraft) needs training in how to manage employees, not just numbers. Real communication between managers and employees there is horrible. People such as me leave not necessarily because of the job, but because of your manager. Would have not even left the organization if I thought I could have a meaningful conversation with my managers without retribution.

Nice Location, Cold Weather, High compensation compared to other companies here in the Philippines.

Cons

If you have family, Salary is not enough to earn you a house, a car, to send your child to a nice school. You still want to work abroad for greener pasture.
