      Pros

      A lot of freedom in deciding activities / projects and priorities. There is a self-responsibility that people make things happen if they see a need for changing.

      Cons

      Recent top-down control of priority / initiatives which limits the degree of self-responsibility that makes the company change its culture and values from being assuming self-responsibility for the result to just doing the activity asked by the management.

      Pros

      Great products, interesting applications, latest equipment and great company benefits. Frequently work with talented colleagues in other Moog companies and groups.

      Cons

      Moog UK culture and work environment can be extremely stressful and fall short of what is broadcast by Moog USA, little effective management support, mixed messages on objectives and goals. Can be overwhelming due to resource limitations.

      Supportive colleagues good work environment On site opportunities facilities like higher education support along with work,cab and food for the employees at the company's cost

      Cons

      Trainings provided to new recruits or experienced professionals before working on a new project are not in depth at times NIL. There is no provision for a manager rating by the team and peer rating before the appraisals
