MOOG is a Buffalo born and raised company true to its roots. - great culture - amazing people who are super intelligent - small company feel - very personable. - the people here actually do care about the employees and that is seen via their actions not just words - stock options/healthcare

Cons

- Pay. the pay is drastically lower than the same positions in different cities. - career growth if you are not an engineer - work/life balance

No communication. Awful environment. Terrible management. Disgusting Treatment. You are not cared about here. Unfair Policies.

Good pay, good benefits, “unlimited” time off

Cons

Office politics matter much more than doing a good job. If you are in the club, then it is smooth sailing. If you are not part of the club, no amount of effort will matter. Used 50+ year old technology to run their organization.
