      Only pro is you get a check to pay the bills

      Cons

      Live for work not work to live, this is what happens when a company is publicly traded as your just a number. This is the problem when there isn't a union they abuse people, typical companies keep people as contract workers for 90days and then deem if they want to bring them on officially or let them go, at Moog they keep people as contract workers for years again another issue with not having a union. People at Moog need to combat the unfair treatment and start a union.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. The only Pro. I met some great people who were equally disenchanted and marginalized by Moog management.

      Cons

      Moog is a company I prefer not to remember. The only reason I am writing this review is so I can further explore Glassdoor. There is no management rather dictatorship. If you are not part of the clique, you are not part of Moog. That is the real culture.
