Business Outlook
Pros
Really enjoyed the type of work I was involved with while at KNOX Video. It was one of the few places I have worked at where I was able to utilize both of my main design skills.
Cons
Despite the company being an "engineering" company, it was run by "sales" people that looked down upon the engineering talent there. The sales personnel could "do no wrong" and would spend their day reading books, work their "home business" from the office and even leave the building to get paid at another job teaching flying lessons at a nearby airport!!! Meanwhile, everything the engineer's did was "wrong"!!!
