Cons
Recently, the career advancement opportunities are getting lesser and lesser. No more job openings, lesser production load, force leaves, etc. The business is down at the moment of posting this review. Although Moog gives a relatively higher starting salary compared to other Philippine companies, the annual salary increase is only 4-7%, with 5% considered average and 6-7% considered as "high". I just don't think this is enough considering the inflation and I think salaries of other companies will catch up very quickly soon. Moog Baguio needs to bump the standard increase.
