Great working culture and great people with great pay. The company is very flexible to work with employees on scheduling to accommodate personal life.

Cons

Management is a bit out of touch with floor employees. Big disconnect between operating departments.

Great benefits, raises at the first 90 days and then at 6 months and then every 6 months. Lots of resources for,the employees.

Cons

Bad communication sometimes. Engineering and Manufacturing butt heads on what needs to happen. Not The greatest starting pay.

Working at moog Components Group they allow you make up your hours0 when you miss work.That's the good benefit that many company don't have.

Cons

There are many changeling when you work at moog Components...don't be supprise that upper managements include engieerings don't have much education or degree that relate to field . Job promotions just for " family members first"...when a job is open, the " top 3 big dog @corporation " will pick first... If you are looking for a real job then moog is not for you....Don't ask Human Resources when you have problem , they are not represent for you .
