      Pros

      People are respectful, collaborative, and genuinely care about doing good work. There’s a strong sense of ownership. The teams are sharp. I’ve worked with some incredibly smart and humble engineers and project leads. Leadership also encourages a healthy work-life balance, and I’ve always felt supported in that regard.

      Cons

      Like most larger companies, some processes can be a little slow, and things don’t always move at startup speed.
