      Pros

      The people that work at Moog are great. They hire a large number of co-ops so it's easy to get to know new people.

      Cons

      Workload could be slow at times making it hard to make it through the day. Getting a hold of certain people to advance a project could take some time in order to get time in their schedule.

      A great company to work for, if you have at least 8-10 years of experience and are looking to settle. Provides great opportunities to interact with customers from all over the world.

      Cons

      The salary for beginners is meager and there is no professional growth for ages to come. Stuff adds only to your job description, but not the job title.( Only India Plant 2 site)
