      Great friendly atmosphere. Very approachable and supportive management. Small projects move quickly so opportunity to work with whole development cycle.

      - poor management - unrealistic expectations - ungrateful even when you stay back - all the leadership team needs to be taught how to be real leaders. - very little support.
