      Pros

      Attractive balance of interesting work, flexible time, and pay. Its a great place to begin a career and learn the trade with a wide range of experience

      Cons

      Lots of confusion in corporate direction or mission leading to low morale. Limited upward mobility leads to stagnation. Changing business environment that the company does not seem willing to accept or adapt.

      Pros

      The work environment is pretty laid-back, the people are very nice, the work itself is interesting (mostly related to industrial engineering), the schedule is very flexible, and the pay is good.

      Cons

      It's a lot of busywork, but you don't need a bachelor's degree, so it's pretty normal for the job it is.
