Pros

Excellent pay and benefits and flexibility with hours for the type of job I was hired for.

Cons

Training was not sufficient as it seemed the employees that had been there over 30 years plus didn't want to teach new younger incoming employees.

Pros

Accelerated experience, and significant responsibility. Interesting work if on the right assignments. Freedom to create opportunity if willing to put forth the effort. Long term business is stable.

Cons

Company is understaffed for the work that needs to be done. Non-technical management decisions withhold resources and then hold the team on the program accountable for circumstances out of their control. Expect employees to surrender personal life to makeup for said circumstances.

Pros

Learned a lot, everyone was very nice and helpful. Job is challenging at first but you get to work with a very wide variety of technologies which keeps things fresh and challenging.

Cons

Sometimes the atmosphere can feel a bit lazy in the IT department, there was usually never a rush to get anything done
