      Pros

      You're building stuff that goes into space! Benefits (health insurance) is about the best I've seen for the lowest cost to the employee. Compensation is pretty good.

      Cons

      Frequent reductions in force. High pressure environment. Clubby top management. Hard to break into long-established cliques among staff.

      Pros

      People there are general friendly and respectful to each other and are willing to help out when needed. This place will be a great place to learn about aerospace manufacturing as it is vertically integrated in terms of their in house manufacturing capabilities.

      Cons

      It could be hard at the time for old long term employees to integrate with newcomers, there are gaps in synchronizing and passing down corporate procedures and policies between its NY headquarter. Work-life balance is ok since it doesn't offer alternate work schedule like 9/80. Personal growth can be hard if you are not favored by old managers whom have been there for a long time.
