      Pros

      A paycheck that keeps you being unemployed.

      Cons

      Too many people who work there 30 plus years. The company has terrible orientation for new employees. I knew the day I arrived I realized I made a mistake accepting a job there. I have never been in such a miserable working environment. Your adversaries in that company are mortal enemies.

      Pros

      Supportive colleagues good work environment On site opportunities facilities like higher education support along with work,cab and food for the employees at the company's cost

      Cons

      Trainings provided to new recruits or experienced professionals before working on a new project are not in depth at times NIL. There is no provision for a manager rating by the team and peer rating before the appraisals

      Pros

      Easy to get a job there since anyone in the industry knows they don't want to work there, and many people have quit leaving many vacancies to fill. The poor working class folks there are very nice people.

      Cons

      Management is a joke - completely greed driven and people are treated as equipment. This company is a sinking ship which is one reason the company is trying to sell this division and be done with them.
