      Pros

      Great pay,great company reputation in the past

      Cons

      No leadership, police state. Constant scrutiny..no life but plenty of overtime. Bottom line is everything now. No pride to do the right thing, no consideration for flight safety, just how many pieces can get done. Old boys network, women should be seen and not heard and NEVER go to HR.it comes back to bite you, even if the company is clearly in violation of its Own policies.the Bill Moog philosophy is dead. Everyone left working there is just counting the days to retirement. If you make it that far, the last four years there are hell. You are targeted for pressure in the hopes you will leave early.

      Pros

      There is a fairly open trust here, people are (for the most part) treated as adults who don't need constant supervision to do their work. The Moog cultural statement is followed for the most part. Personal growth is encouraged and Moog likes to promote within the organization.

      Cons

      The aircraft section of the business has undergone several restructuring efforts in the few years I have been with the company. With corporate's effort to outsource, an air of mistrust and unease has developed in the worker ranks. The current mantra here seems to be "work harder with less people".

      Pros

      The company has a very laid back culture that for the most part allows you to choose your hours and to some degree what you work on within your group. Management is fair, accessible and open to new ideas. Your coworkers will be nice and helpful, if not overly friendly.

      Cons

      You will receive very little direction. There is no training process and it is unclear who should be assigning you work or even what are potential things you could work on. There is more nonengineering tasks than engineering tasks in engineering here; however I believe that is fairly common in aerospace due to the regulatory nature of the work
