      undergoing growth pains at the moment. seem to be having an identity crisis as to what the company is really all about, Aerospace, medical, industrial, etc.

      Interesting work, lots of available learning resources.

      Cons

      Clannish, if you are not a member of the right football tailgate party, do not expect a promotion. Pay, the incentive structure is designed so that the best annual increase to be expected is less than the COL, effectively taking a pay cut every year.

      Pros

      Being a product company, the culture is completely different as it had open door policy.I joined as a fresher and I could walk up to anyone right from my colleague to the director of the organization , anytime of they day to learn.

      Cons

      Well since they hire less number every year, their trainings aren't so robust even though they deal with robust systems. Fresher training could be a lot better.N
