Pros
Great people, great colleagues especially in the local and regional offices. Flexible management, fair policy and remuneration is considered acceptable in the industry.
Cons
The culture has changed in last few years especially from 2008 onwards and is less people oriented as compare to before. Organization structure changes a lot and too often over the last 2 to 3 years. The change was never allowed to settle down for the team to perform and adapt, and then the next change happen again.
