      Pros

      Good holiday entitlement. Doesn't hire and fire. Close to home. Good work life balance. Can't think of anything else. Done

      Cons

      Poor pay for shop floor in the aerospace industry. Wrong priorities when spending money, new offices and office chairs but poor clean rooms and test equipment. To many chiefs and not enough Indians.

      1. Very nice infrastructure 2. Managers have previously worked in ADA and other prestigious companies, so a lot to learn from them. 3. Good opportunities after working in this company (especially in Mechatronics field)as they work in aerospace division.

      Cons

      1. Growth rate depends on the team in which you are working. Some teams have extensive politics. 2. Interns are given hope of job, sometimes they offer, sometimes not. 3. Many decisions are based entirely on US based managers.
