      Overall good company, major disconnect between management and employees

      Pros

      Good benefits and perks. Great summer picnic and winter bash. Company as a whole seems to care for employees.

      Cons

      Major disconnect between employees and management. Company transitioning from small company to large corporation and employees are going from knowing the CEO, to just being another number. Micromanaging from management is getting worse and worse as more layers of management are added and they need to justify their job.

      Pros

      Truly an amazing company to work for. The culture is very important here and people actually embrace it which you don’t see very often. There is very little finger pointing and people tend to want to work together.

      Cons

      If you are not flexible be aware requirements do change frequently and flexibility is required

      Leadership significanlty lacking

      Pros

      Important products for defense industry, some truly human and talented pockets of people, just have to be able to deal with the toxic aspects that are left unchecked and unaddressed by management year over year.

      Cons

      Never have I seen leadership so disconnected from the business and the people. Very few members of management with true leadership and business skills. Doesn't seem like there is a vision and strategy for our direction.
