      Pros

      Interesting Work, Excellent Pay, Rewarding work experience. Upward mobility with proven work skills is good.

      Cons

      HR decisions are not good compared to what I have been used to at this company. Benefits are being eroded. Vacation time policy change was a real morale buster for long tern employees like me.
