      Moog is one of the most transparent companies where employees and leadership are cohesive working toward a common goal. Employees are trusted to deploy their work scope with empowerment and open door policies. Moog cares deeply for their customers and vendors as well. Well rounded company that believes in treating the employees with integrity. Loyalty flows both directions.

      Cons

      The trust and empowerment to perform your work with ability to take risks can sometimes drive lack of accountability to some bad employees. Leadership has the ability to manage that as they see fit.

      When I first was informed of the work arrangement as part of the job description, I could not believe it and thought this was another scam or hoax scheme. When I discovered after more research how genuine this role was, I thought that THIS was the job I had always wanted and waited for.

      Cons

      As a remote employee, there are communication limits that stem from technology limitations such as bandwidth of connection. Communication technology will evolve and improve.
