      Pros

      Pay is within the range of the job expectations, benefits are decent, but have degraded over time. Flexible vacation. Advancement opportunities are available if you work for it. There has been annual wage increases and annual profit share. Many capital investments being made across all of the divisions.

      Cons

      There is a serious disconnect between management and employees, and has gotten worse over the years. There are managers that manage the managers managers. How long can that sustained amount of non-value added overhead be maintained ? The value of the benefits has decreased over time.

      Moog has a culture and the company is dedicated to this culture. Moog values every single employee and trusts its emloyees.

      Cons

      Every company has some flaws. The package is important. Moog is a big old fashion enterprise. With that it tends to be slow reacting.
