I had been researching companies for some time investigating culture as my number one priority when selecting the right company for me. Moog is an incredible organization. I enjoy my job. I have wonderful management that acknowledges my work, supports and respects me. They help define a career growth path as well. There is much cross functional management in my role and I find everyone I work with is so kind and respectful. There is much collaboration and team work. Everyone works together to get the job done. They have mentorship programs, ERG groups and other opportunities to connect with colleagues and management. Moog has different sector businesses so there is room for growth and pivots in one's career. Moog is also international so the opportunity to work in another countries exists. Most people I meet plan on spending (or have spent) their entire career at Moog because they know how Moog values work life balance and what a great place it is to work. I am so very happy at Moog!!!

The company does sincerely try to maintain a culture of trust with employees, and is more responsive to employee concerns than other places I have worked.
