      Great people and company culture, exciting work in aerospace on high-visibility programs, great opportunities to learn, exposure to cutting-edge technology

      Cons

      Long hours as a result of a growing workload, many new programs coming in, and trouble hiring the right people (experience and skills). Also, the benefits are being eroded (e.g. vacation and medical)

      Pros

      Employees are treated well and taken care of, not only financially, but also in regards to your personal life. The work and programs are very interesting and I work with some really great people.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that we have to many organizational changes
