Moog provides great opportunities for work related training, they provide wellness programs, and the corporate and local offices actively take steps to ensure a workplace that provides equality for both women and men, and humans of all backgrounds.

Cons

Management has troubles stepping in when employees go rogue.

The atmosphere is one of appreciation and my team members want to succeed and work hard on their assignments. We are developing tools to try to improve processes in different departments. It is a good feeling knowing that we are making a difference.

Cons

Due to the supply chain issues it is difficult at times to provide our products to our customers on time.
