      Great While it Lasted

      Pros

      Access to some of the most intelligent people in the aerospace industry. Nice balance of company size and the opportunities that presents.

      Cons

      I worked at a small company that was acquired by Moog. Everything went along smoothly until a government contract renewal was lost to a competitor. Too many eggs in one basket for the location and nearly half were sacked.

      A company looking to find its course

      Pros

      It was great to work with passionate engineers who truly cared about the quality and integrity of the product being put out. Work was challenging and rewarding. This is a great place for engineers of any age to come work for if they want to do real work.

      Cons

      Immediate management oftentimes would not be accountable for slips in schedule or increased costs, and oftentimes the engineers would have to take the majority of the blame. Overall, the company is understaffed given the amount of work and the timeframe in which it needs to be done.
