While we agree that our talented employees are what makes Moog a great place to work, we would like to address what you mention in your Cons and Advice to Management fields. At Moog, we are deeply committed to creating an environment where our employees feel appreciated and empowered to do their best work. The behaviors you describe are inconsistent with our values. Leaders and managers that encourage and support our employees are key to keeping our Moog culture strong. In order to encourage openness and transparency, Moog operates with and Open Door Policy. Under this policy, employees can approach any leader in the company, without worrying about “breaking the chain of command.” We encourage you to speak with your manager or HR Representative regarding strategies to improve. We will also pass your concerns along to our site leaders, so they are aware of how one of their employees currently feels. Your feedback is appreciated, and it will help us to improve the working environment for everyone.
