      Pros

      Great colleagues I work with and talent. Company is growing!

      Cons

      Benefit plan designs are awful. Each year costs increase drastically. I truly believe Moore does not cover a large portion of the costs. Their is also no diversity. If you are not white, don't expect to make it to the top. No work life balance whatsoever. Feels like I'm constantly on call and many of us feel the same. We can't set our schedule and stick to it... we get calls outside of hours so if you have kids, or a family this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      It's a job and it pays (sort of). Still waiting on last paycheck.

      Cons

      - Onboarding: non-existent. Former manager went on vacation for two weeks right the day after I started. Had to learn the ropes and history about the client. that's fine as I'm used to it. - No communication about anything. No work was ever assigned. No due dates communicated. Yet they said I wasn't turning things in ontime. How is that if there are no due dates and nothing is assigned? Am I a mind reader? Flip flopping on work/life balance- it would be remote then changed it to once a week. Yet anyone who lives out of state - it's ok to be fully remote. - No diversity. Just a bunch of white people who think they know everything. (Hint: they don't)

      Pros

      There are some really smart people and good people there but only if you are lucky enough to work with them. And even if you have a great manager they have to succumb to the bad decision making by upper management.

      Cons

      It's all smoke and mirrors. Dysfunctional work environment that starts at the top and makes it way down. The only goal of the company is to make money! Don't be fooled by the thought they care about non-profits, they don't or they do only if they can make A LOT of money off of them.
