Pros

As far as biglaw goes, Morgan Lewis is pretty good/humane. I generally like/respect the people I work with.

Cons

Firm management is opaque at times. Hours expectations are unclear. Philadelphia offices are pretty rundown (new one is being built).

Terrific leadership that truly cares about employees. Opportunities to advance. Strong mentorship programs for young attorneys.

Cons

Like with any major law firm, hours for attorneys could be long and work on weekends I may be required. But that to be expected.
