Business Outlook
Pros
The staff is great, people are friendly, and the SF office tries to provide events somewhat often to lift morale (random breakfasts/lunch’s/auctions). Firm participates in fundraising activities. The environment I thought was very welcoming. I enjoyed going to work.
Cons
There is not much room for growth outside of headquarters. Bonuses could be much better.
