High profile clients. Almost market compensation.

Cons

Little to no training or mentorship of junior associates who are viewed as fungible assets. Little to no path to partnership. Little to no transparency regarding upper management. Diversity efforts are a joke. Average compensation is below market.

I have worked at several law firms and the culture here is mixed as far as employee satisfaction. It's a strong and great working environment. I can definitively say that the firm has gone to extraordinary lengths to merge the local staff since the acquisition. It deserves credit.

Cons

Disgruntled poor performing employees holding on to the past. When it was blankham.... You make the decision to stay or go. Its a great firm where people are treated more than fairly. The negative nellys bring it down.
