      No pros at all. Stay away.

      Horrible place to work, bad management, lack of care about employees. Likes to jump on every bandwagon possible, to appear good on paper, but nothing is actually what it seems form afar.

      Pros

      Great cafeteria, good food and good price. Free ice cream day, happy hours, etc.

      Cons

      The worst management system especially the HR department. They don't care about employee. More specifically, the IP HR is the worst. The person who is in charge thinks she is the boss controlling everything for her benefit. She gets involved in everything in the group as if she is the group leader w/o partners. So if you are a partner, you will be fine.
