The overall culture at Morgan is generally pretty nice, but since some changes that occurred last year it has become a bit more intense. The benefits are excellent and there are a lot of really decent people who work here.

Cons

From what I understand Morgan Lewis generally pays their staff lower than other law firms in the city. Also, any internal moves made by an employee result in a less-than-average pay increase because the firm generally increases based upon your current pay and not what the average employee receives in the role.

Red tape, overbearing HR, non-collaborative, hierarchy, unfriendly, divide between staff and attorneys, attorney work is not evenly distributed, favoritism among attorneys.
