      Pros

      Great management structure - always felt open to ask questions, but I wasn't over-managed. Good balance.

      Cons

      None really - sometimes had to work overtime, but it wasn't that often to be a real con.

      Initially a good experience, but as the organization has grown, the family feel and personal attention have faded.

      Pros

      Generally fair compensation as compared to other large firms, with a valiant attempt to provide other "perks". True commitment to pro bono work.

      Cons

      Clear lack of career advancement. The partner track has become non-existent. There is no collaboration between practices. It is very much a "every man/woman for him/herself" environment. Treatment of junior attorneys is poor so people are dangerously overworked with high turnover and there is little to no support for junior attorneys, who are fungible billable units.
