Pros

Good working atmosphere. The employees are great. Friendly and welcoming, even for a firm this big. Small Christmas time bonus (something's better than nothing).

Cons

Pay is not very good and they do not give good raises. It is also hard to move up. If you work in a certain position, it is very difficult to switch into a new role (even if you have the experience).

The center is an amicable environment and we all try to work together as a team.

Cons

Shortage of staff and after recent acquisition, people are not getting along. There's is no differential for night work.
