      Pros

      ML is now now one of the largest law firms in the world. It is nice to work for a firm that continues to grow its business and adjust with changing market demands. I also agree with a lot of the new goals, direction and innovation. There are plenty of very smart people working here.

      Cons

      There is far too much uncertainty, still. We've been on a roller coaster for the past couple of years wondering whose next. Its very unsettling and uncomfortable. Ive stuck around because I honestly enjoy my job and peers, but this new whirlwind is a bit too much. Without going into great detail the power struggles, politics, blame shifting, whispers, rumors and uncertainty are enough to drive away talent…

      -Free food -Happy and amazing people -Generous 401k and PTO -While being a law practice, people are still pretty informal and you can be yourself in most cases.

      Cons

      You need to be ready to gamble on who your hiring manager is. You can either have the most respectful, supportive boss there, or the most sexist, condescending, homophobic other.
