Varied, challenging work for great clients

Cons

Chance of making partner is next to nothing. No business development training. Firm prefers to bring in lateral partners and push associates out, rather than invest in its current talent. The acquisition of Bingham is just the latest example. Culture is a hodgepodge and morale of mid and senior associates is low.
