Management: incompetent, too busy socializing, they pass the buck when something goes wrong; Salary is incredibly low compaired to market; Management seems to focus on a few mistakes rather than many obvious the good things one has done for a department; Depends on department I think. Technology is lacking at Morgan Lewis, and it seems those who don't know how to use technology get by with not learning and just passing the buck also. Zero recognition (that really counts) for intelligence, work ethic, skills, efficiency, ability to learn, desire to learn. If you show up on time you're a star employee, even if you don't know what you're doing. Some upper management people are extremely rude and kurt when completely unnecessary or uncalled for.

Hiring process for administrative staff is extremely slow and former employees with years of institutional experience who reply do not receive any courteous feedback.
