-Free food -Happy and amazing people -Generous 401k and PTO -While being a law practice, people are still pretty informal and you can be yourself in most cases.

Cons

You need to be ready to gamble on who your hiring manager is. You can either have the most respectful, supportive boss there, or the most sexist, condescending, homophobic other.

Pros

Management respects support staff, although they don't always listen to them when it comes to the things they are specialized in. Nice events - holiday party and zoo night in the summer!

Cons

"Change" doesn't exist in many people's vocabulary here. They run from it as though it's the plague.
