      Salary Some Practice groups have reasonable partners who are decent to work with Some teams are high functioning and good to work with compared to other big law firms

      Partnership prospects are bleak and the road is ridiculously long Senior associates get rug pulled after years of positive reviews Culture is lacking

      Pros

      - The cafeteria in the DC office is to die for. The food is incredible and cheap since the firm subsidizes it. My favorite thing, hands down! - Professional staff are treated well. Lots of staff who have been there for years. - Office is conveniently located between Federal Triangle and Metro Center stations. - Culture is great in the DC office. Lots of events, although people are busy so attendance varies. - Very diverse.

      Cons

      - Not the most energetic/exciting workplace. - DC office is a bit dated but nothing terrible. - Can feel siloed and isolating at times.
