      Pros

      Anything you want to do, from being an attorney to a professional staff member, is well-developed, robust, professional, and high quality. Firm Chair Jami Wintz McKeon genuinely cares about firm culture and is always coming up with new initiatives to enhance culture and outreach.

      Cons

      The firm motto of "Always On, All the Time" is accurate. Jami works aggressive, long hours and this trickles down from the top. They brought in mental health czars to enhance employee wellness, and these poor people didn't know how to answer when asked how "Always On" squares with that. Yes, most law firms are like this to some degree, but this firm more than most.
