      Pros

      Good people and opportunities to learn. I was looking to make a fresh start while finding a supportive group of people to work with each day and feel good about going to work everyday. Christmas party is with co-counsel firm at a bowling party.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a grand start, this is not a place to get all the perks of a large firm.

      Pros

      I have worked at several law firms and the culture here is mixed as far as employee satisfaction. It's a strong and great working environment. I can definitively say that the firm has gone to extraordinary lengths to merge the local staff since the acquisition. It deserves credit.

      Cons

      Disgruntled poor performing employees holding on to the past. When it was blankham.... You make the decision to stay or go. Its a great firm where people are treated more than fairly. The negative nellys bring it down.

      Pros

      Medical benefits are better than industry average. Lots of possibilities to move around and different jobs. The company is always expanding.

      Cons

      Salaries lower than industry average but because of the benefits and culture it evens out. This isn't really a con because of the benefits
