      Silicon Valley is Solid

      Pros

      The Silicon Valley office is great. Excellent leadership, close working relationships, incresibly smart but friendly attorneys, amazing clients. All the resources of a mega firm, with the conviviality of a smaller shop.

      Cons

      Surprised to see some of the negative comments posted by others. I can't speak to other offices, but these issues are not present in Silicon Valley.

      The center is an amicable environment and we all try to work together as a team.

      Cons

      Shortage of staff and after recent acquisition, people are not getting along. There's is no differential for night work.
